Dhannya Sethupalan is a Process Development Scientist with over 14 years of experience across biologically based product development,quality systems and  regulated life sciences environments.

Dhannya provides scientific and strategic leadership for RayNova’s research programs, with expertise in microbial systems, plant genetic diversity research, process development, method validation and stability studies.

Her work at RayNova Biotechnologies focuses on the development of sustainable plant protection solutions aligned with Canada’s agricultural innovation ecosystem. 

Senior Research Scientist 

Dr. Jagdish Patel, Ph.D. is a scientist with over 20 years of experience in microbial research, fermentation and product formulation. 

Dr. Jagdish specializes in developing microbial formulations that enhance plant immunity and improve resistance to plant diseases. His expertise spans laboratory to pilot-scale development, process optimization, and quality-focused R&D. 

At RayNova Biotechnologies, he supports the development of innovative, sustainable crop protection solutions.

Supply Chain Consultant 

Arun Sivanandan is a supply chain professional with extensive experience supporting operations in regulated GMP, ISO, life sciences and manufacturing environments. 

Arun has led global supply chain planning, logistics, and 3PL operations within ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, Health Canada, and FDA QSR frameworks, and has supported ERP implementations and cost-reduction initiatives.

Arun supports RayNova Biotechnologies by strengthening procurement, logistics, and supplier management to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
